I've been making art in one form or another for as long as I can remember. From a child doodling in school books to an adult working on commercial and personal projects, it's helped me to make sense of the world as well as providing a sustained income over the years.
I studied Fine Art in Newcastle to degree level and then got straight down to setting myself up as a mural painter & portrait artist. For the last 16 years I've made my living as a commercial painter & graphics art-worker. I specialise in representational artwork, including high quality painted portraits & scenes, graphic illustration, digital image editing and computer 3d visualisations & renders.
I've made artwork for Royalty, celebrities, companies big and small, and private individuals. From collaborating on large collections of paintings, to focusing on single artworks & small graphics jobs, I like to be as versatile and diverse as I can to offer the best range of visual solutions possible. Whether you desire a strong input or are happy to just let me roll with ideas, I like to be involved with creative projects.
Aside from the business of sustaining a living, my own projects have always meant a lot to me. They give me a greater purpose that sustains me in other ways in life, helping me (and hopefully others) to make sense of the world that is and imagine the world that could be.
